Richard Kemp is a leading UK technology lawyer. He has a particular reputation for developing innovative and commercial legal solutions to the business challenges of technology development, implementation and regulation. Mr. Kemp has led Kemp Little project teams that have won numerous legal industry client service awards, and he is consistently ranked in the global top 10 IT and telecommunications lawyers.
Mr. Kemp sits on the boards of a number of technology law publications and groups. He has served as a board member of ITechLaw and as an expert on Nominet’s dispute resolution panel.
Mr. Kemp graduated from Cambridge and the ULB in Brussels and qualified as a solicitor with Clifford-Turner. He established Kemp &Co. in 1997, which became Kemp Little LLP, the first UK law firm LLP, in 2001.
