Rodolfo Fernández is head of the firm's IT law group.  He has advised both Spanish and international companies with respect to information technology, software and e-commerce, especially in the areas of international software joint development and e-commerce platforms.  Dr. Fernández is a lecturer on the Faculty of Law in the University of Barcelona.  He actively worked with institutions and the Administration on bills in Parliament during the legal development of the Information Society in Spain.
