Phil Beckett is a Director in the firm's International Disputes and Investigations practice, and he is responsible for leading the European computer forensic and electronic discovery services.  He specializes in advising clients in relation to the preservation and investigation of digital evidence, the interrogation of complex data sets and the disclosure of electronic documents.

Mr. Beckett has provided advice to lawyers, regulators and corporate entities in relation to computer forensic and electronic discovery projects in the UK and abroad.  He is a qualified accountant and fraud examiner and has been a recognized court expert in relation to various aspects of digital evidence.
