Marc Dautlich

Marc Dautlich has a broad Technology/Media/Telecommunications, IT and outsourcing practice.  His work includes software development and licensing, data protection and privacy, complex IT and outsourcing/offshoring projects, and online content acquisition and e-commerce matters.  He is a member of the firm's Open Source Unit and of the Outsourcing Group, and is head of the firm's Data Protection Group.  Clients include leading software vendors and corporate users of technology.

Prior to joining Olswang, Mr. Dautlich served as legal counsel for Equifax Plc, the NYSE-quoted credit and business information services company, based in their European HQ in London.  He has also been seconded on long term projects as acting in-house counsel for Microsoft in Europe.

Mr. Dautlich speaks and writes regularly on technology matters, including IT outsourcing, software, data protection and biometrics.
