Jeremy Morton is a member of the firm's Technology and Intellectual Property practice group. He advises on all aspects of intellectual property and related areas, such as data protection and privacy. Much of his work focuses on the technology sector. In addition to advisory and transactional work, he has handled many high value disputes for household-name clients, including patent, trade mark, design, copyright and passing-off cases. His work has frequently entailed multi-jurisdictional coordination.
