What does my registration fee include?
Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, a comprehensive attendee list, access to exhibits, daily breakfast and lunch, and admittance to the Welcome Reception. The Gala Reception and Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately. To purchase tickets for the Gala Reception and Dinner, click here.
May I register onsite for the conference?
Yes, you may register onsite at the conference. However, only credit cards will be accepted for on-site registrations; checks and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. We strongly encourage you to register in advance so that you will have a speedier check-in when you arrive at the conference.
Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my registration?
Refunds are available based on when you cancel. Cancellations made on or before October 2, 2008 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee to cover the processing cost. Cancellations made from October 3, 2008 to October 23, 2008 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after October 24, 2008 or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend. Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
For registrations made online, confirmation of registration will be immediately sent via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. Will I receive a receipt for my registration?

I have registered for the conference but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?
Your conference badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so onsite at the conference registration desk. Or you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your requested change prior to the conference.

What is the dress code for the Conference?
Business attire is encouraged for all conferences and events at the ITechLaw 2008 European Conference. At the Gala Reception and Dinner, black tie is strongly encouraged; however, cocktail or business attire is also acceptable.
Will I have Internet Access while at the Conference?
Wireless Internet access will be available in ITechLaw’s Internet Café, located near the conference room, using your own laptop. In the guest rooms, Hotel Arts offers high speed and wireless Internet for €25 plus tax for a 24 hour period. In addition, wireless cards may be purchased in the hotel’s gift shop to access the internet in the lobby and other public spaces.
Tell me more about the Gala Reception and Dinner.
The Gala Reception and Dinner is the centerpiece of the European Conference. This year it will take place at the stunning Casa Battló , the art nouveau masterpiece of Spanish architecht Antonio Gaudi. All attendees of the ITechLaw European Conference are invited to attend. Tickets must be purchased separately when you register for the conference. Tickets will be available for purchase through Friday, October 31, 2008 and will not be available to purchase onsite at the conference. Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Conference and Gala Dinner?
Yes. Vegetarian options will be made available at the lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request; please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in advance with your request. For other dietary needs (such as kosher, gluten-free, etc.), please contact email@example.com in advance to discuss your requirements.
Can I receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attending the Conference?
ITechLaw is not a certified CLE provider but credits can be awarded in various jurisdictions through individual study application. You may request a letter confirming your registration (not attendance) for the meeting by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
