Anja Dekhuijzen

Anja Dekhuijzen is a leading IT and Outsourcing lawyer in the Netherlands.  She frequently advises clients on outsourcing, IT contracts, IT disputes, telecommunications, e-commerce and privacy.  She heads the DLA Piper Telecommunications and Outsourcing Teams in the Netherlands.

Ms. Dekhuijzen has co-authored three books: on outsourcing (2008), e-commerce (2001) and the millennium bug (1998).  She has written over 100 articles and is a speaker on IT, outsourcing and telecommunications.  She is Vice-President of the E-Commerce Committee of ITechLaw, and she teaches IT and liability at the Grotius Academy.

Ms. Dekhuijzen is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.  She graduated from the University of Amsterdam with qualifications in both Dutch Law and Legal Public Administration.  She also hold's a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence degree from New York University's School of Law.
