The conference fee does not include accommodations. A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the host hotel, Hotel Arts, at discounted rates.

The group rate is 285 € (plus applicable taxes and fees) for a Deluxe Room (single or double occupancy).

The special rate is available from Friday, October 31, 2008 through Tuesday, November 11, 2009. Currently the ITechLaw room rate is available on a first-come, first served basis until each day's room block is filled.

There are two options for booking your room:

• Call Julieta Rossini in the Hotel Arts Reservation Department at +34  93 221 10 00, Ext. 5262 or +34 93 514 13 00, Ext. 5262. Please identify yourself as being part of ITechLaw group in order to receive the group rate.
• Book online by clicking here
  You will need to enter the requested dates, click on group code, and then enter the following group code F7QF7QA, then follow the instructions.  A credit card will be needed as a guarantee. Your reservations may be modified and cancelled online for the conference period, as long as rooms from the block are available.

All rooms must be guaranteed with a major credit card to be held for late arrival. Check-in time is at 15:00.  Room assignments prior to this time are subject to availability.  Check-out time is 12:00.

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the expected day of arrival for a full refund. For cancellation policy details and deposit requirements, please check at time of booking.
