Sandra A. Jeskie has a diverse national trial practice, handling a broad range of matters in federal and state courts across the United States and before arbitrators for international and domestic clients. She is the past President of ITechLaw, Chair of Duane Morris' Information Technology and Telecom practice group and co-chair of the firm's e-discovery practice. Before practicing law, she spent 16 years as a computer scientist.
Ms. Jeskie often serves as a court-appointed Special Master and is a neutral arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a specialized agency of the United Nations. In 2013, she was named one of 43 "Best-of-the-Best Attorneys" and "Cream of the Crop Litigators" in Law360, and received an award as one of the 2012 Most Powerful and Influential Women of Pennsylvania by the National Diversity Council.
Ms. Jeskie has taught at nearly a hundred professional education conferences in numerous cities around the United States and in fourteen countries in Europe, Asia and South America. She is a co-author of chapters in the acclaimed treatise “Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts”, as well as“The Woman Advocate”, and is often quoted in the press. She was also an adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, New Jersey, and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She has been listed in Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition and has repeatedly been recognized in the International Who's Who of Internet and e-Commerce Lawyers.
In addition to her law degree, she has a M.B.A. and a B.A. in computer science.
