How do I register?
All registrations for the 2013 European Conference must be made online.
What does my registration fee include?
Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, a comprehensive attendee list, access to exhibits, lunch, and admittance to the Welcome and Closing Receptions. The Gala Reception and Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately via online registration.
Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
For all online registrations, confirmation will be immediately sent via email. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Your email confirmation will also serve as your conference registration receipt. Please call +1 (781) 876-

May I register onsite for the conference?
Yes, you may register onsite at the conference. However, only credit cards will be accepted for onsite registrations; checks, wire transfers, and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. We strongly encourage you to register in advance so that you will have a more efficient check-in when you arrive at the meeting.
Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my registration?
Refunds are available based on when you cancel.
- Cancellations made on or before 2 September 2013 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card or wire transfer fees and a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made from 3 September 2013 to 17 September 2013 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card fees or wire transfer fees and a $25 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after 16 September 2013 or for no-shows.
