Proteção de Dados, Saúde e a COVID-19 / Data Protection, Health and COVID-19 

O evento é uma parceria entre a ITechLaw e o Insper. Com o objetivo de promover interação entre advogados experientes, advogados jovens, professores e alunos, o CyberSpaceCamp® aborda questões atuais enfrentadas pelos profissionais de direito da tecnologia. Nesta edição, discutiremos questões ligadas à tecnologia, proteção de dados e saúde, tendo em vista a pandemia causada pelo COVID-19.

The event is jointly organized by ITechLaw and Insper. In order to promote interaction between experienced lawyers, young lawyers, teachers, and students, the CyberSpaceCamp® addresses current issues faced by technology law professionals. In this edition, we will discuss issues related to technology, data protection and health, in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Mariana Valente - ​Professora do Insper, onde coordena o Certificado de Direito e Tecnologia. É doutora em sociologia do direito pela Universidade de São Paulo e diretora do InternetLab, uma associação de pesquisa em direito e tecnologia. Foi pesquisadora visitante na UC Berkeley Law School e tem experiências de pesquisa na LMU München e na Yale Law School. / Professor at Insper, where she coordinates the Law and Technology Certificate. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology of Law from the University of São Paulo and is the director of InternetLab, a law, and technology research association. She was a visiting researcher at the UC Berkeley Law School and has visiting experiences at the LMU München and Yale Law School.

• Natália Pires - ​Professora de Direito do Insper. É doutora em Direito Constitucional pela Universidade de São Paulo, com especialização em direito da saúde e direito público. Foi fellow da Fox International no Centro MacMillan para Estudos Internacionais e de Área, e da Global Health Justice Partnership, ambos na Universidade de Yale. / Professor of Law at Insper. She holds a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law from the University of São Paulo and specializes in health law and public law. She was a Fox International Fellow at the MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies, and Student Fellow with the Global Health Justice Partnership, both at Yale University.
